When you submit your cards, it is important to include a note with the order number and/or your name, along with the information, so we can match the package with your order.
What happens if information is missing?

Make sure to protect your order. Avoid air pockets in the box and try to keep the contents well-protected in the center of the package.
Feel free to use extra tape on the outside to prevent the contents from falling out in case of accidents during shipping.

This product contains the following:
Information Email sent when we open your shipment, begin authenticity verification, and prepare it for grading.
Authenticity is verified using extensive experience and custom tools. Cards that are not authentic will be returned – no refund.
Grading involves inspecting the surface, corners, edges, and centering, followed by an overall assessment to determine the card’s final grade. Damage may affect the final grade depending on its extent and location.
Label Production is custom-made by us and carefully inspected before encapsulation. Encapsulation is done in our PVC and non-toxic slabs, completely without a sleeve for maximum presentation. Upon request, we can of course leave the card in its sleeve.
Photography using a DSLR camera, with images prepared for registration.
Registration in our DataBase with the image along with the card’s information. To find your image or any other, go to DataBase and enter the serial number from the back of the label.
Packaging using a durable box and padding, along with bubble wrap, we pack your cards for maximum protection.
