Purchase Agreement
By using PCG Professional Card Grading’s services, you accept our PURCHASE TERMS below.
- Definitions
1.1 PCG
PCG Professional Card Grading AB
1.2 Label
A label or information card that states the grade, quality, and information about the collectible item.
- Leveranstid
2.1 PCG provides a delivery guarantee on grading and authentication services, where the order must be completed within 2 weeks (14 calendar days).
2.2 The time period begins when we receive the item and lasts until we send it back.
2.3 Delivery days of the selected logistics company are not included in the delivery guarantee, i.e., approximately 2–5 business days.
2.4 For other purchases such as accessories, etc., these are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
2.5 If the customer purchases grading or authentication services along with accessories, the accessories will be returned at the same time as these services, i.e., within 2 weeks.
2.6 Exceptions to the guarantee apply in cases of circumstances beyond PCG’s control, such as equipment maintenance or serious illness. PCG will inform the customer of any potential delay as soon as possible.
- Payment
3.1 The customer must always make a prepayment before the item is sent to PCG. This is done on the website at the same time as placing the order when it is completed.
- Order
4.1 When the customer places an order, they provide the shipping address and specify which cards or items will be sent to us.
4.2. After that, the customer receives an order confirmation at the provided email address, showing which items will be sent and the PCG address to ship the items to.
4.3. If there are any questions regarding a placed and paid order, the customer can contact us via info@professionalcardgrading.se or through any of the contact options on the website.
4.4 PCG always takes a photograph to document the finished product. PCG reserves the right to use the photo for marketing and other purposes deemed appropriate by PCG. (The photo of the product will not be linked to any specific customer, personal information, or address.)
4.5 When purchasing accessories or similar items, they are shipped from PCG to the address provided by the customer in the order.

5.1 The service card grading (per card) costs 140 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.2 The service Card Grading with Cleaning (per card) costs 155 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.3 The service Authenticity A (per card) costs 89 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.4 The service Pre-grade and Cleaning (per card) costs 89 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.5 The service Pre-grade Add-on > Grading (per card) costs 89 SEK (including VAT).
5.6 The service Pre-grade Add-on > Authenticity A (per card) costs 49 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.7 The service Autograph Authentication & Encapsulation (per card & autograph) costs 129 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.8 The service Autograph and Card Grading (per card & autograph) costs 155 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.9 The service Autograph Authentication – Memorabilia (per autograph) costs 159 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.10 The service Express Grading (per card) costs 299 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.11 The product Silicone Bumper (each) costs 49 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.12 The product Cardsavers Semi-Rigid (each) costs 99 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.13 The product Graded Card Stand (per bundle) costs 49 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.14 The product Centering Tool (each) costs 46 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.15 The service Autograph Consultation costs 69 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.16 The service Funko Pop Grading costs 299 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.17 The product Submission Kit costs 99 SEK (including 25% VAT).
5.18 For orders over 900 SEK, shipping is free (tracked shipment without insurance).
5.19 Shipping parcel/trackable costs 59 SEK (including VAT).
5.20 Shipping Rek EXTRA (insured value up to 25,000 SEK) costs 325:- (incl. VAT)
5.21 Shipping Rek (insured value up to 10,000 SEK) costs 109:- (incl. VAT)
5.22 Shipping Memorabilia Registered with a value up to 10,000 SEK costs 149 SEK (including VAT).
5.22 Tjänsten Bulk Gradering med Rengöring Kostar Mini x30 3953:-, Medium x50 6588:-, Stor 12400:- (ink moms)
5.23 Shipping Rek EXTRA (5.20) is included when purchasing 5.22 Bulk Grading with Cleaning.
5.24 Shipping Internationella försändelser:
- Tracked Letter 159 SEK (No insurance)
- Service Point 300 SEK (Insurance up to 10,000 SEK)
- Service Point 300 SEK (Insurance up to 50,000 SEK)
- Right of Withdrawal/Refund (Applies only to the customer who purchased the service).
6.1 Since grading and authentication are considered custom services, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
6.2 For the purchase of products and accessories, a 30-day return policy applies. If the customer wishes to return a product, the packaging must be unopened. However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6.3 If PCG encapsulates or authenticates a counterfeit or altered card, PCG will purchase it from the customer as if it were genuine. (This clause does not apply to autographs, signatures, or Funko Pops.)
6.4 The customer must, however, submit the card to PCG for inspection before the error can be confirmed. PCG will determine whether the card/item is counterfeit or not, together with at least one independent party.
6.5 PCG reserves the right to assess the market value of the counterfeit or altered item, which will always be based on the value the card/item had at the time it was graded.
6.6 The right to claim compensation for a potentially counterfeit or altered card extends up to 5 years (60 months) after the card/item has been graded.
6.7 However, the compensation can be a maximum of 10,000 SEK (ten thousand kronor).
6.8 The payment shall be made within 3 months after PCG has confirmed the error.
- Complaint
7.1 If a product we sell is found to have defects, such as damage or misprints on a label, the customer must contact PCG immediately via one of the contact options.
7.2 If PCG confirms the claim, PCG will replace the product with an equivalent one at no additional cost to the customer, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7.3 PCG will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims.
7.4 PCG reserves the right to reject a claim if it is determined that the product is not defective, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1 PCG assumes no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond PCG’s control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, governmental decisions, or reduced or failed delivery from a supplier.

9.1 PCG always strives to present and describe the products as accurately as possible.
9.2 PCG is not responsible for any typographical errors on the website.

Encapsulation/Sealing of an item in a plastic holder, which also includes authentication and a quality grade.
- About the Service
3.1 PCG Professional Card Grading AB is a company that primarily grades the quality and authenticates collectible items, a process known as “Grading.” Common items include Pokémon, Hockey, Basketball, and Baseball cards or collectible images. After grading the quality, we encapsulate the card in a so-called “slab” along with its grade. We also authenticate autographs from well-known figures on various items such as game jerseys, photos, basketballs, etc., where the memorabilia receives a sticker as proof of authenticity.
3.2 PCG offers services that include Grading, Authentication, Cleaning, and Encapsulation of collectible items.
3.3 PCG follows the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN).
3.4 PCG complies with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932).
3.5 PCG complies with the Swedish Consumer Services Act (1985:716).
- Authentication
4.1 The authentication of autographs is an assessment based on our professional opinion.
4.2 The authentication of photos and other collectible items is an assessment based on our professional opinion.
- Pre-grade and Cleaning
5.1 Pre-grade is a grading and authentication of a card or image without encapsulation. The customer receives a report of the results via email.
5.2 Rengöring av bilder betyder att vi tar bort smuts som damm, fingeravtryck, fettfläckar, lättare kladd. Vi använder oss inte av kemikalier eller liknande som kan förstöra kortet vid rengöring
- Grading
6.1 The grading is an assessment by us, where we provide our professional opinion on the item.
- Sending Items to PCG
7.1 The customer is responsible for sending the item to PCG in a secure manner.
7.2 Collectible cards are recommended to be placed in a small plastic sleeve, a ‘Penny Sleeve,’ and then inserted into a ‘Cardsaver.’ (We have a guide on this on our website: https://www.professionalcardgrading.se/guide/ )
7.3 PCG recommends using a cardboard box or bubble mailer for the shipment.
7.4 For everyone’s sake, we strongly recommend that the customer uses a trackable shipment via one of the traditional logistics providers, such as PostNord or DHL. We also encourage the customer to review the applicable guarantees and insurance options offered by the chosen shipping provider.
7.5 The address to which the package should be sent will be provided to the customer in the order confirmation.
7.6 When sending a shipment, the order number and/or name must be included with the package. This helps facilitate the identification of the parcel and its connection to the correct customer. If this information is not included, PCG will wait for the customer to contact us to identify the package and its contents. During this time, the processing period will be paused. Once the package has been identified, PCG’s processing time of 14 days will begin.

8.1 PCG ansvarar för objektet från och med att detta hämtats ut ifrån ombud/brevlåda fram tills att det lämnas tillbaka till ombud
8.2 PCG erbjuder 3 fraktalternativ vid köp av tjänst med olika garantier. PCG ersätter inga förlorade objekt i ombudets hantering. För mer information läs ombudets tjänsteavtal samt garantier
8.3 PCG är väldigt professionella med hanteringen av alla objekt och tar vår service och kvalité på största allvar. När vi får ett objekt till oss så tar vi väl hand om det.
If the item is damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed in any way while in PCG’s possession, we will compensate up to a maximum amount of 1,000 SEK (one thousand kronor) per item.
8.4 The value of the item is assessed by PCG using traditional valuation methods (various secondary market sales platforms).
If an item is lost, damaged, or becomes defective during return shipping from PCG to the customer, compensation will be based on the shipping option selected when the order was placed. PCG follows the chosen carrier’s terms for compensation. PCG will assist the customer in handling a case of a damaged or lost shipment, but not financially.
8.5 If any damage or defects occur when the item reaches the customer, the customer must report this to PCG within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the item.
PCG will correct any errors at no additional cost.
8.6 If the customer files an insurance claim, they may have to wait up to 60 (sixty) business days for PCG’s chosen carrier’s insurance company to conduct its investigation of the incident.
